Hi, my name is Sonny Copeland. Sonnys Honey Farm was founded way back in 1998. It is family owned and operated. It is located about 10 miles South of Mexia Texas in a small community called Shiloh.
My wife of 35 years is Theresa. We have two children and one grandchild, Chase - 26yr., Kelsie - 22yr. and Conner -4 yr..

I am sad to say that the 2012 honey supply has completely sold out and is no longer available. Plan to place your order for the 2013 harvest in April. We are currently increasing our production stock to meet your future needs.
We at Sonny's Honey Farm are committed to the harvesting, the production, and the sale of quality local honey. Our pure local honey will never be mixed, diluted or tampered with in anyway. Sonnys Honey is an unique blend of Clover from our pastures, Mesquite from our woods and Wildflowers from the neighboring country side. While Sonnys Honey is not as light in color as pure Clover honey we believe that the combination of flavors provide a taste that is much sweeter and more robust than others.
